1. Acceptance / 接受條款
By accessing or using PetPet.hk, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
使用 PetPet.hk 即表示你同意本使用條款及私隱政策。如不同意，請勿使用本網站。
2. What PetPet.hk is / 平台性質
PetPet.hk provides information to help pet owners discover, compare, and understand local pet services. We are a platform, not a provider of veterinary, grooming, boarding, training, or retail pet services.
PetPet.hk 提供資訊，協助寵物主人搜尋、比較及了解本地寵物服務。我們是資訊平台，並非獸醫、美容、寄養、訓練或零售服務的直接提供者。
3. Information accuracy / 資訊準確性
Listings, prices, hours, and other details may change and may come from businesses, users, or public sources. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details with the business before booking or purchasing.
商戶資料、價錢、營業時間等資訊可能變動，並可能來自商戶、使用者或公開來源。我們不保證所有資訊完整、最新或全無錯誤。預約或消費前請向商戶自行確認。
4. User content / 使用者內容
If you post reviews or other content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe others' rights. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.
如你發表評價或其他內容，你確認內容真實、合法，且不侵犯他人權利。我們可移除辱罵、誤導、垃圾訊息或不適當的內容。
5. Accounts / 帳戶
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.
你有責任妥善保管帳戶資料，並對帳戶下的活動負責。我們可暫停或終止濫用平台的帳戶。
6. Sponsored content / 贊助內容
Some placements may be sponsored or promotional. Where practicable, sponsored visibility will be distinguished from organic ranking and genuine user reviews.
部分曝光可能屬贊助或推廣。在可行情況下，贊助內容會與自然排名及真實使用者評價清楚區分。
7. Limitation of liability / 責任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetPet.hk is not liable for decisions you make based on site information, or for services provided by third-party businesses. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
在法律允許的最大範圍內，PetPet.hk 不對你依據網站資訊所作決定，或第三方商戶提供的服務承擔責任。使用本平台風險由你自行承擔。
8. Changes / 條款更新
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PetPet.hk after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law / 適用法律
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
本條款受香港法律管轄。爭議由香港法院專屬管轄。
